I'm an expert in operations management and production optimization with over 18 years experience in chemical manufacturing, oil and gas, and mineral processing.
I specialize in the analysis of large, high-volume continuous process operations to identify opportunities to increase throughput, maximize asset utilization (OEE), and reduce costs including energy and emissions, and in the design and implementation of programs to deliver measurable, sustainable improvement.
